Korean Fried Chicken Wings (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Chicken

01 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
02 - 3 tablespoons cornstarch or potato starch
03 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
04 - 1½ pounds of chicken wings

→ Sauce

05 - 1 tablespoon water
06 - ¾ teaspoon cracked black pepper
07 - 4 tablespoons dark soy sauce
08 - ½ tablespoon garlic powder
09 - 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
10 - 4 tablespoons light brown sugar

# Instructions:

01 - Use paper towels to thoroughly dry the chicken wings
02 - Toss the wings with a blend of garlic powder, onion powder, and potato starch until coated evenly
03 - Lay wings in one layer inside the air fryer basket. Cook for 20 minutes at 400°F, flipping them halfway through
04 - While wings finish cooking, mix sauce ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir constantly until it starts to bubble
05 - Remove sauce from heat and stir wings into it until each piece is coated well

# Notes:

01 - Good for 2 people as a meal or 3-4 people as a starter
02 - You can easily increase the amounts to cook more
03 - It’s sometimes called Dakgangjeong or Soy Garlic Fried Chicken
