Korean BBQ Meatballs Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ The Meatball Mix

01 - 1 pound ground beef
02 - 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
03 - 1 egg
04 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
05 - 2 garlic cloves, minced
06 - 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
07 - 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
08 - 1/8 teaspoon of black pepper
09 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
10 - 1 tablespoon soy sauce
11 - 1 teaspoon sesame oil
12 - 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

→ Zesty Cream Sauce

13 - 1/4 cup mayonnaise
14 - 1 tablespoon sriracha
15 - 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil
16 - 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
17 - 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder

# Instructions:

01 - Stir everything under 'The Meatball Mix' in a big mixing bowl. Keep at it until it's evenly combined.
02 - Grab some of the mixture and roll it into bite-sized balls with your hands.
03 - Heat up a skillet with a drizzle of olive oil on medium. Fry the meatballs until they're browned and cooked through.
04 - Mix all the sauce items in a small bowl by whisking until smooth and creamy.
05 - Pile the warm meatballs on a plate and serve with the sauce for dipping.

# Notes:

01 - You can swap out ground beef for other meats like chicken or turkey.
02 - Adjust the heat by adding more or less sriracha to the sauce.
03 - Pair this with noodles or rice for a heartier plate.
