Combine the flour, salt and yeast in a big bowl. Pour in the warm water and olive oil, then stir until it looks rough. Knead for about 10 minutes till it feels smooth and stretchy

Put your dough in an oiled bowl and cover it with cling film. Leave it somewhere warm for 1-2 hours until it gets twice as big

Pour some oil on a baking tray and stretch the dough to fit. Push your fingers all over to make those little dents that focaccia is known for

Cover your flattened dough and let it sit for another 30 minutes

Get your oven hot at 425°F (220°C). Splash some olive oil on top, add the salt and rosemary. Bake for 20-25 minutes till it's nice and golden
