Iced Cherry Vanilla Coffee (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Cherry Syrup

01 - 2 cups cherries with pits removed (frozen)
02 - 1/2 cup monk fruit or sugar
03 - 1/2 cup water

→ Latte

04 - 1/2 cup chilled espresso or cold brew
05 - 1/2 cup almond milk with vanilla flavor
06 - 2 tablespoons almond creamer with vanilla
07 - 2-3 tablespoons cherry syrup mix

# Instructions:

01 - Mix cherries, sweetener, and water together in pot on medium heat. Let bubble while you mash cherries and stir until your sweetener melts and the mix gets thicker.
02 - Pour through strainer into a container you can seal, getting rid of the cherry bits. Wait for it to cool down all the way.
03 - Put ice in your glass and pour in as much cherry syrup as you want.
04 - If you want, whip up the almond milk and creamer together, then pour into your glass.
05 - Pour cold brew or chilled espresso on top and mix everything until you see a nice pink color.

# Notes:

01 - You can make it warm by using hot espresso instead of cold brew
02 - Whipping the milk isn't needed but makes it feel fancier
