Mix cherries, sweetener, and water together in pot on medium heat. Let bubble while you mash cherries and stir until your sweetener melts and the mix gets thicker.

Pour through strainer into a container you can seal, getting rid of the cherry bits. Wait for it to cool down all the way.

Put ice in your glass and pour in as much cherry syrup as you want.

If you want, whip up the almond milk and creamer together, then pour into your glass.

Pour cold brew or chilled espresso on top and mix everything until you see a nice pink color.
