Set your oven to 350°F and let it heat up.

Cook the ground beef in a pan until browned, then drain it. Mix in the garlic, herbs, tomato sauce, and sugar. Sprinkle a little salt and pepper. Let it cook gently for 3-5 minutes.

Stir together the sour cream and cream cheese until smooth.

Boil the noodles and drain them. In a greased 9x13 pan, layer half the noodles, half the cheese mixture, and half the meat mixture. Put the second half of the ingredients in the same order. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.

Bake for around 20-25 minutes until the cheese is bubbling.
