Holiday Chex Sweet Mix (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups of small pretzel twists.
02 - 2 cups of regular Cheerios cereal.
03 - 3 cups of corn or rice Chex cereal.
04 - 1 cup of holiday-colored M&M's.
05 - 10 ounces of white chocolate melting wafers (try Ghirardelli brand).

# Instructions:

01 - Dump Cheerios, Chex, pretzels and candy pieces into a big mixing bowl and gently toss together.
02 - Zap white chocolate in your microwave for 30 seconds at a time, giving it a good stir between zaps until it's smooth. Don't burn it!
03 - Drizzle the melted white chocolate all over your dry mix and fold everything until each piece gets a nice coating.
04 - Lay the mixture flat on parchment or wax paper and let it sit for at least 15 minutes until it firms up.

# Notes:

01 - Keeps fresh at room temp for up to 3 days.
02 - You can stick it in the freezer for about 3 months if needed.
