Tropical Hibiscus Smoothie (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup coconut water
02 - Juice from one lime
03 - A cup of brewed hibiscus tea (cooled)
04 - 1 cup of either fresh or frozen pineapple chunks
05 - Ice cubes for chilling

→ Garnish

06 - Mint or sage leaves as garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Steep hibiscus tea bags or dried flowers in boiling water for 5-10 minutes. Once it's brewed, place it in the fridge to chill completely.
02 - In a blender, combine the cold hibiscus tea, pineapple pieces, coconut water, and lime juice. Toss in some ice cubes and blend it all on high until creamy and smooth.
03 - Take a quick sip and see if you’d like it more tart or sweet. You can add lime or pineapple to match your taste buds.
04 - Pour the blended drink into your glasses. Add a few mint or sage leaves on top, and it’s ready to drink!
