Hearty Sausage Stuffing (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 16 oz ground Italian sausage.
02 - 3 cups chicken stock.
03 - 1/4 cup good-quality olive oil.
04 - 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped fresh.
05 - 1 tablespoon rosemary, minced.
06 - 1 tablespoon thyme leaves, fresh.
07 - 2 tablespoons sage, finely chopped.
08 - 6 cloves garlic, finely chopped.
09 - 1/2 cup celery, diced.
10 - 1 cup onions, diced.
11 - 1 lb sliced Italian-style bread.
12 - 2 large eggs, beaten.
13 - Salt and pepper as needed.

# Instructions:

01 - Set the oven to 350°F and let it warm up.
02 - In a big skillet, warm up the oil. Cook celery, garlic, and onions for about 5 minutes, then toss in the herbs for another minute.
03 - Crumble the sausage into the pan and cook it for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring often till fully browned.
04 - Combine bread pieces with chicken broth, add in whisked eggs, and fold in the sausage and veggie mixture till blended completely.
05 - Spoon the mixture into a 13x9 baking dish. Cook for 30 minutes or until the top browns nicely.
