Morning Hashbrown Bake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Thawed frozen hashbrowns (16 ounces)
02 - Ground pork or turkey sausage (1 pound)
03 - Grated sharp cheddar (2 cups)
04 - Eggs, large (6)
05 - Cream or milk (1/2 cup)
06 - Sea salt (1 teaspoon)
07 - Ground black pepper (1/2 teaspoon)

# Instructions:

01 - Warm your oven to 350°F and coat a 7x11 or 9x9 dish with butter or cooking spray
02 - Cook the sausage until browned, crumbling it as you go. Dump out extra fat
03 - Beat the eggs with milk, salt and pepper until everything's mixed well
04 - Spread hashbrowns first, then sausage, then cheese in your dish. Drizzle egg mix on top
05 - Put in oven for 40-45 minutes until eggs aren't runny and top gets golden. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes before cutting

01 - You can make this the night before and keep it in the fridge
02 - Feel free to swap in different cheeses or meats
03 - You can make twice as much for bigger crowds
