Heat your oven to 350°F. Put parchment in an 8x8 pan and spray with cooking oil

Warm butter till melted, stir in white chocolate bits and green tea powder for a smooth blend

Use mixer to beat eggs with both sugars about 4 minutes till it looks like thick pancake mix

Pour tea mixture and vanilla into the egg blend, stir until fully mixed

Sift salt and flour in, then fold carefully just until no dry spots remain

Cook at 350°F for 20 minutes, then tap pan firmly on countertop 2-3 times

Put back in oven for another 15 minutes, then tap on counter twice more

Leave out for an hour to cool down, then cut squares using a knife wiped clean between cuts
