Matcha White Choc Brownies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Core

01 - Softened butter (10 tablespoons or 1¼ sticks)
02 - White chocolate morsels (½ cup)
03 - Green tea powder (2 tablespoons)

→ Powder Mix

04 - Regular sugar (1 cup)
05 - Dark sugar (¼ cup)
06 - Plain flour (¾ cup)
07 - Sea salt (½ teaspoon)

→ Liquid Mix

08 - Eggs, large size (3)
09 - Rich vanilla extract (3 teaspoons)

# Instructions:

01 - Heat your oven to 350°F. Put parchment in an 8x8 pan and spray with cooking oil
02 - Warm butter till melted, stir in white chocolate bits and green tea powder for a smooth blend
03 - Use mixer to beat eggs with both sugars about 4 minutes till it looks like thick pancake mix
04 - Pour tea mixture and vanilla into the egg blend, stir until fully mixed
05 - Sift salt and flour in, then fold carefully just until no dry spots remain
06 - Cook at 350°F for 20 minutes, then tap pan firmly on countertop 2-3 times
07 - Put back in oven for another 15 minutes, then tap on counter twice more
08 - Leave out for an hour to cool down, then cut squares using a knife wiped clean between cuts

# Notes:

01 - Don't skip beating sugar and eggs until they're fluffy
02 - Mix flour in slowly to keep the air bubbles
03 - Tapping the pan helps make them extra fudgy
04 - Try cooling in fridge 30 minutes for prettier slices
