Greek Chicken Tortilla Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Chicken & Marinade

01 - Boneless skinless chicken breast, 1 1/2 lbs (650g)
02 - Chopped garlic, 3 cloves
03 - Red pepper flakes, 1 teaspoon
04 - Fresh ground pepper, 1 teaspoon
05 - Crushed mint leaves (dried), 1 1/2 teaspoons

→ Yogurt Sauce

06 - Regular yogurt, 1/2 cup
07 - Dill (dried 1/2 teaspoon or fresh 1 tablespoon)
08 - Salt & pepper as needed

→ Wrap Components

09 - Flour tortillas, 3-4
10 - Hummus of your choice
11 - Shredded cabbage, 1 cup
12 - Mixed greens bag
13 - Tender broccoli pieces (pre-cooked)

# Instructions:

01 - Chop all your greens and veggies first thing. Having everything cut up makes putting your wraps together way easier later on!
02 - Stir the yogurt with a single chopped garlic clove, some salt, and all the dill until smooth. You've just made a quick version of tzatziki!
03 - Dice chicken into small chunks and toss them in a hot pan with some olive oil over medium-high flame. Throw in two chopped garlic cloves, red pepper flakes, black pepper, and the dried mint. Mix everything well and cook for about 8-10 minutes until the chicken turns golden and juicy.
04 - Spread your tortillas flat and load them up! Start with cabbage, add the hot seasoned chicken, some cooked broccoli bits, fresh greens, a good smear of hummus, and finish with a spoonful of your homemade yogurt sauce. Fold everything up like a burrito and enjoy right away!
