Cheesy Garlic Knots (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dough

01 - 16 oz of pizza dough (homemade or store-bought)
02 - 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

→ Garlic Butter

03 - 1/2 cup melted butter (unsalted)
04 - 4 minced garlic cloves
05 - 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
06 - 1 tsp salt

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven on to 400°F (200°C). Cover a baking pan with parchment paper to keep it nonstick.
02 - Cut the pizza dough into 12 even parts. Press each one flat into a mini rectangular shape.
03 - Spoon a bit of mozzarella cheese in the center of each dough piece. Wrap the dough around and pinch it tightly to seal the cheese in, turning it into a knot-like shape.
04 - Combine melted butter, finely chopped garlic, parsley, and salt in a small dish.
05 - Arrange your knots on the parchment-covered tray. Generously coat them in the garlic butter using your brush. Pop into the oven for 12-15 minutes, until golden on top and gooey inside.
06 - Take the knots out and, if you'd like, brush on more of that garlic butter. Enjoy them fresh and warm, using marinara sauce on the side for dipping.

# Notes:

01 - Seal the dough well or the cheese will escape while baking.
02 - Brush knots with some egg wash before baking to make them shinier.
03 - Let them cool a bit before serving so the cheese sets up nicely.
