Mix sugar, rosemary, salt, yeast, and 3 cups of flour together.

Pour in the warmed milk and egg, then knead a couple of minutes. Slowly bring in the rest of the flour while kneading until the dough cleans the bowl.

Move the dough to an oiled bowl, cover it, and set aside for 45 minutes until size doubles.

After punching down the dough, split into 12 pieces. Roll into balls, set in a greased 9x13 dish, and leave to rise for another half hour.

Set oven to 375°F. Bake until golden brown, around 18-22 minutes.

Whip up garlic butter and spread on the hot rolls.
