Garlic Rosemary Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 500g (4 cups) all-purpose flour, split.
02 - 4½ tsp (2 packets) quick-rise yeast.
03 - 50g (1/4 cup) white sugar.
04 - Minced rosemary, 2 tsp fresh.
05 - Coarse salt, 1 tsp.
06 - 366g (1½ cups) warm whole milk.
07 - 1 room-temp large egg.
08 - 2 tbsp butter, unsalted.
09 - 1 tsp garlic, finely chopped.
10 - 1 tsp chopped fresh parsley.
11 - 1/2 tsp fancy salt.

# Instructions:

01 - Mix sugar, rosemary, salt, yeast, and 3 cups of flour together.
02 - Pour in the warmed milk and egg, then knead a couple of minutes. Slowly bring in the rest of the flour while kneading until the dough cleans the bowl.
03 - Move the dough to an oiled bowl, cover it, and set aside for 45 minutes until size doubles.
04 - After punching down the dough, split into 12 pieces. Roll into balls, set in a greased 9x13 dish, and leave to rise for another half hour.
05 - Set oven to 375°F. Bake until golden brown, around 18-22 minutes.
06 - Whip up garlic butter and spread on the hot rolls.

01 - Milk temp should be 110-115°F.
02 - Prepare ahead if needed.
03 - Can freeze nicely.
04 - Fresh herbs are best to use.
05 - Great for special occasions.
06 - Manual or machine mixing is fine.
