Garlic Chicken Pasta Delight (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Protein

01 - 1 lb chicken breasts without skin or bones, diced into small chunks

→ Sauce Base

02 - 3 tablespoons butter
03 - 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
04 - 1 cup chicken broth
05 - 1 cup heavy cream
06 - 1 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded

→ Pasta & Seasonings

07 - 12 oz rigatoni pasta
08 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
09 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
10 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
11 - 1 tablespoon parsley leaves, finely chopped

# Instructions:

01 - Boil rigatoni following box directions, drain in strainer when done.
02 - Heat up 2 tablespoons butter in pan over medium flame. Sprinkle chicken with salt, pepper and Italian herbs. Cook until golden for about 6-8 minutes.
03 - Using the same pan, cook remaining butter with garlic for a minute. Pour in broth, let bubble for 3-4 minutes. Mix in cream and Parmesan until it's all combined.
04 - Put chicken back in the pan, throw in pasta, and mix everything with the sauce. Top with parsley before serving.

01 - Feel free to swap rigatoni with your favorite pasta shape
02 - Tastes great with a green salad or toasted garlic bread
03 - Want it creamier? Just add more cheese or a splash more cream
