Funfetti Cookie Dough Treats (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Funfetti Cupcakes

01 - 1 teaspoon baking powder
02 - ½ teaspoon salt
03 - 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
04 - ¾ cup white granulated sugar
05 - 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
06 - 2 large eggs, at room temperature
07 - ½ tablespoon pure vanilla extract
08 - 2 tablespoons canola or vegetable oil
09 - ⅓ cup colorful sprinkles
10 - ½ cup buttermilk, warmed to room temperature

→ Edible Cookie Dough

11 - ¾ cup brown sugar, pressed down
12 - 1 teaspoon cornstarch
13 - 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
14 - 3 tablespoons milk
15 - ¾ cup buttery spread, softened
16 - ½ teaspoon salt
17 - ¼ cup granulated sugar
18 - 1 teaspoon pure vanilla flavoring
19 - 1 cup tiny chocolate chips

→ Cream Cheese Cookie Dough Frosting

20 - 4 oz room-temperature cream cheese
21 - 1 teaspoon pure vanilla flavoring
22 - 3 cups powdered sugar, sifted fine
23 - ⅛ cup rich heavy cream
24 - ¾ cup butter, barely chilled

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F. Stir together the dry parts and wet parts in separate bowls, then carefully blend. Add sprinkles to the batter and bake for 20-23 min.
02 - Toss together the flour, cornstarch, and salt. Cream butter with both sugars until fluffy. Stir in milk and vanilla, then mix in dry ingredients. Chocolate chips go last.
03 - Blend cream cheese and butter until smooth. Gradually incorporate powdered sugar. Add cream and vanilla, then fold in small scoops of cookie dough.
04 - Hollow out cupcakes, stuff with cookie dough. Add frosting on top with a piping bag, and drop extra dough pieces on top for decoration.
