Cook the cherries with 2 tbsp water until they're soft (about 3-5 mins), then lightly squash them

Pour boiling water over Earl Grey and let it sit 3-5 mins, then take out the tea bag or pour through strainer

Warm up the milk with your mushy cherries and throw in a cinnamon stick if you want, giving it a stir now and then

Mix some vanilla syrup into your milk blend - add as much as you like

Add the tea to your cup, strain in the milk with cherries while pushing down on the fruit to get all the juice out. Give it a good stir

Drink it hot right away or pour over ice if you want it cold. You can top it with a cherry or bit of cinnamon if you feel fancy
