Cherry Earl Grey Milk Tea (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Tea Foundation

01 - Earl Grey teabag (single, or 1 tsp loose leaves)
02 - Water (1 cup)

→ Add-ins

03 - Any milk (½ cup)
04 - Pitted fresh cherries (4-5, cut in half)
05 - Vanilla syrup (1-2 tsp)

→ Extra Touches

06 - Stick of cinnamon (1)
07 - Ice cubes (for the cold option)

# Instructions:

01 - Cook the cherries with 2 tbsp water until they're soft (about 3-5 mins), then lightly squash them
02 - Pour boiling water over Earl Grey and let it sit 3-5 mins, then take out the tea bag or pour through strainer
03 - Warm up the milk with your mushy cherries and throw in a cinnamon stick if you want, giving it a stir now and then
04 - Mix some vanilla syrup into your milk blend - add as much as you like
05 - Add the tea to your cup, strain in the milk with cherries while pushing down on the fruit to get all the juice out. Give it a good stir
06 - Drink it hot right away or pour over ice if you want it cold. You can top it with a cherry or bit of cinnamon if you feel fancy
