# Ingredients:

→ Essentials

01 - 2 large eggs, straight from the carton
02 - 1 cup shredded cheese, like mozzarella or cheddar
03 - 2 flour tortillas, made to fry up crispy and golden

→ Fresh Toppings

04 - 1 perfectly ripe avocado, cut into slices

→ Cooking Basics

05 - Salt and pepper, for seasoning it just right
06 - 1 tablespoon butter, helps achieve that perfect crunch on edges

# Instructions:

01 - Set a non-stick pan over medium heat. Drop in butter and wait until it’s all shiny and melted.
02 - Gently crack the eggs into the pan, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and fry ‘em until the whites firm up but the yolks stay soft. Carefully take them off the heat once done.
03 - Lay your first tortilla in the pan and sprinkle half of the shredded cheese on it to create a cheesy foundation.
04 - Place your eggs on the cheesy base, tuck avocado slices around them, and sprinkle with the rest of the cheese on top.
05 - Put the second tortilla on top and let it cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Once golden and crisp, flip it carefully to toast the other side until the cheese melts perfectly.
06 - Move the quesadilla to a cutting surface, slice it into triangles, and enjoy while it’s piping hot!

# Notes:

01 - Try adding extras like tangy salsa, creamy sour cream, or a sprinkle of fresh herbs.
02 - Low and slow cooking melts the cheese beautifully while keeping the tortillas crunchy.
