Southern Breakfast Biscuits (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 6 biscuits (store-bought or scratch-made).
02 - 1 pound raw sausage.
03 - 1/2 cup all-purpose flour.
04 - 3-4 cups milk.
05 - Salt and black pepper.
06 - Dash of cayenne (if you like heat).
07 - Red pepper flakes (for spice lovers).

# Instructions:

01 - Cook the sausage in a big skillet on medium heat till fully browned. Take it out and dab away extra fat.
02 - Put sausage back in the pan, sprinkle flour over it and mix well.
03 - Slowly pour in milk while stirring on medium heat until it's as thick as you want.
04 - Sprinkle in salt, pepper, and a bit of cayenne or red pepper flakes if you want some kick.
