Christmas Sink Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3/4 cup butter with salt, at room temperature.
02 - 1/4 cup white sugar, granulated.
03 - 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour.
04 - 3/4 cup packed light brown sugar.
05 - 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract or paste.
06 - 2 egg yolks, brought to room temperature.
07 - 1/2 teaspoon baking soda.
08 - 1/2 teaspoon baking powder.
09 - 1/2 teaspoon table salt.
10 - 1/3 cup crushed pretzels.
11 - 1/2 cup red and green M&M candies.
12 - 1/3 cup pieces of potato chips.
13 - 1/3 cup white chocolate pieces.
14 - 2 tablespoons holiday jimmies in red and green.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F and line your trays. Let eggs warm to room temperature.
02 - Beat together butter and sugars for 2 minutes. Toss in egg yolks and vanilla, mix again for 2 minutes. Gradually combine with the dry ingredients. Carefully fold in your chosen mix-ins.
03 - Roll dough into around 20 balls. Place them 2 inches apart on prepped baking sheets. Add more toppings on top if you like.
04 - Bake for 10 to 12 minutes. While warm, tweak their shape with a cookie cutter if you'd like. Let them rest on the baking sheet for 5 minutes. After that, move them to a rack to cool another 10 minutes.
