Holiday Morning Pancakes (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Plain flour (2 1/4 cups)
02 - White sugar (1/4 cup)
03 - Baking powder (4 teaspoons)
04 - Table salt (1/4 teaspoon)
05 - Fresh milk (2 cups)
06 - Cooking oil (1/3 cup)
07 - Beaten egg (1)
08 - Pure vanilla (1 teaspoon)
09 - Festive sprinkles (1/4 cup plus extra for garnish)
10 - Fluffy whipped cream
11 - Whole strawberries (12)

# Instructions:

01 - Throw flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt together in a large bowl
02 - Stir in milk, oil, beaten egg, and vanilla till lump-free. Fold in your sprinkles
03 - Drop batter onto oiled hot griddle making 4-inch rounds, wait for bubbles before flipping
04 - Add a dollop of whipped cream, place strawberry on top, then add another cream dot for a cute Santa hat look

01 - Pop in freezer and they'll last 3 months
02 - Set oven to 200°F to keep batches warm
