Set your oven to 375°F and prep a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Divide the crescent dough into 8 pieces. Smear each piece with a bit of dressing, then add corned beef, a sprinkle of cheese, and some sauerkraut on top.

Start from the wide end and roll the dough up. If any cheese spills out, just pop it on top.

Pop them in the oven for about 10-20 minutes until they're nice and golden.
