Easy Festive Fudge (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 tablespoons butter.
02 - 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk (1 can).
03 - 3 cups white chocolate chips.
04 - 1/2 teaspoon red food coloring.
05 - 1/2 teaspoon green food coloring.
06 - 2 tablespoons sprinkles for decoration (optional).
07 - 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract.

# Instructions:

01 - Line an 8x8 square pan with parchment. Make sure it covers the base and edges.
02 - Combine condensed milk, chocolate chips, butter, and mint extract in a bowl. Heat it for 30 seconds in the microwave, stir, and keep repeating until it’s smooth.
03 - Scoop out 1/2 cup of the mix into a small bowl. Add red coloring and mix fast. Repeat the same for green food coloring in another bowl.
04 - Add spoonfuls of the colored mixtures randomly into the pan. Drag a knife through to create swirls. Sprinkle with decor if you’re using it.
05 - Put it in the fridge and let it sit for a minimum of 2 hours.

01 - Keeps fresh for 5 days if refrigerated.
