Easy Beef Pasta Dish (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound of ground beef.
02 - 10 ounces of rotini pasta.
03 - 1½ teaspoons of smoked paprika.
04 - 2 teaspoons of Italian herbs.
05 - 2 teaspoons of garlic powder.
06 - ½ teaspoon of salt.
07 - ½ teaspoon of black pepper.
08 - 2 tablespoons of plain flour.
09 - 1 cup of beef stock.
10 - 15 ounces of canned tomato sauce.
11 - ¾ cup of thick heavy cream.
12 - 1½ cups of grated sharp cheddar.

# Instructions:

01 - Follow the instructions on the box to cook your pasta, then drain it and leave it to the side.
02 - In a pan, brown your beef thoroughly, discard any excess grease, and keep it in the pan for the next step.
03 - Sprinkle the spices and flour over the beef. Stir it all together and cook for about 1 to 2 minutes.
04 - Add the tomato sauce and beef stock, crank up the heat to bring it to a boil, then lower it to a simmer for 5-7 minutes until it thickens up.
05 - Pour in the cream and stir in your cooked pasta. Take it off the heat and toss in the cheese, mixing until melted. Serve while it’s warm.
