Doritos Pizza Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Half a pound of ground beef.
02 - Half a packet of taco spice mix.
03 - One and a half tablespoons of water.
04 - A 13.8-ounce can of pizza dough.
05 - A cup of shredded cheese mix (Mexican blend).
06 - Half a bag of crushed Doritos.
07 - Optional: Add some sour cream on top.
08 - Optional: Spoon out some salsa for dipping.
09 - Optional: Use guacamole as a topper.

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven on to 400°F to warm it up.
02 - Brown the beef in a skillet, then drain the grease. Mix in the taco spices and water. Let it simmer for a couple extra minutes, then cool.
03 - Spread the pizza dough out. Layer on the seasoned beef, sprinkle the cheese, and toss on the crushed chips.
04 - Roll it up like a log, then slice half-inch pieces. Lay them out on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
05 - Pop it into the oven, baking for 10-12 minutes or until it's golden brown.
06 - Serve warm with any of the optional toppings you like.
