Heat your oven to 350°F or 180°C. Cut a circle from parchment paper that fits your pie dish.

Crush Oreos into fine crumbs and stir in the melted butter. Push mixture firmly into your pie dish and pop in oven for 10 minutes. Let it cool down.

Mix all dry stuff together, then pour in milk, cream and yolks. Stir non-stop over medium heat until it gets thick. Throw in butter, chocolate and vanilla.

Empty the filling into your cookie crust and cover the top with paper. Let it sit for 2 hours then stick it in the fridge overnight or longer.

Beat together cream, sugar and vanilla until fluffy, then spread on top. You can sprinkle some grated chocolate if you want.
