Choco Coconut Treats (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 3/4 cups shredded coconut.
02 - 1 3/4 cups icing sugar.
03 - 1/2 cup condensed milk.
04 - 2 cups dark or semi-sweet chocolate pieces.
05 - 2 tablespoons solid fat.

# Instructions:

01 - In a big bowl, stir together the icing sugar, coconut and condensed milk until well combined.
02 - Roll the mixture into small 1-inch balls and put them on a tray lined with wax paper. Pop in the fridge until they're hard.
03 - Put chocolate pieces and fat in the microwave and melt together, mixing until it's completely smooth.
04 - Take the cold balls and dunk them in the melted chocolate. Let extra chocolate drip away before placing on wax paper to harden.
05 - Put the finished treats in the fridge.

# Notes:

01 - They taste better cold.
02 - You can stick them in the freezer if you want to keep them longer.
