Caramel Cracker Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 9 ounces of oyster crackers (single package)
02 - 1 cup butter (two sticks)
03 - 1 cup brown sugar
04 - 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
05 - ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
06 - 1 teaspoon salt

# Instructions:

01 - Heat your oven to 350°F. Put parchment paper on a baking sheet and scatter the oyster crackers across it evenly.
02 - Melt the butter in a pot. Mix in brown sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon. Keep stirring until everything's blended. Let it bubble and cook for about 2-3 minutes till it gets thicker.
03 - Drizzle the warm caramel all over the crackers, making sure they're all covered. Scatter salt on everything.
04 - Pop in the oven for 7-9 minutes. Keep an eye on them so they don't burn.
05 - Let the crackers cool all the way before breaking them into chunks. Put them in a sealed container.
