Crispy Parmesan Potatoes (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/3 cup parmesan, finely grated.
02 - 1½ pounds halved baby potatoes.
03 - 6 tablespoons melted salted butter.
04 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder.
05 - 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano.
06 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
07 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
08 - 1/4 teaspoon salt.
09 - Optional: Ranch dressing to dip.

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven on to 425°F.
02 - Use a sharp knife to make small cuts on the potato surface.
03 - Pop butter into a 9x13 dish and let it melt in the oven for 5 minutes.
04 - Blend parmesan and seasonings into the melted butter and spread the mix across the dish.
05 - Arrange the potatoes with their cut side facing down, then brush the tops with any remaining butter.
06 - Bake for about 35 minutes, or until everything looks golden and crunchy.
07 - Serve hot alongside some ranch, if you like.
