Crack Chicken Tenders (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main

01 - 1 lb chicken tenders

→ Coating Mix

02 - ½ tsp onion powder
03 - ½ cup Parmesan, shredded
04 - ½ cup mayo
05 - ½ tsp garlic powder
06 - 1 packet Ranch seasoning

→ Crust

07 - 1 cup smashed Ritz crackers

# Instructions:

01 - Turn oven on to 375°F. Prepare a baking pan with parchment or a light coating of oil.
02 - Mix together mayo, shredded Parmesan, Ranch seasoning, plus garlic and onion powders. Stir until creamy.
03 - Dip tenders in the mayo blend, then firmly press crumbs onto chicken to coat evenly.
04 - Set coated tenders on the baking pan, leaving some space. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden with a 165°F internal temp.
05 - Let the tenders rest a bit, then serve warm with a dipping sauce you like.

01 - Swap mayo for Greek yogurt or sour cream if you'd like.
02 - Try gluten-free crackers as an alternative.
03 - Broil for 1-2 minutes at the end for extra crunch.
