Mix together mayo, shredded Parmesan, Ranch seasoning, plus garlic and onion powders. Stir until creamy.

Dip tenders in the mayo blend, then firmly press crumbs onto chicken to coat evenly.

Set coated tenders on the baking pan, leaving some space. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden with a 165°F internal temp.
