Cheeseburger Egg Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Filling

01 - 1 cup cheesy cheddar, shredded
02 - 1 small onion, diced finely
03 - 1 lb beef, ground

→ Spices and Sauce

04 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
05 - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire
06 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
07 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
08 - 1 tablespoon mustard
09 - 1/2 cup ketchup
10 - 1 teaspoon onion powder

→ Wrapping and Cooking

11 - Egg roll wrappers, 10-12 count
12 - Oil for deep frying
13 - 1 tablespoon veggie oil for brushing

# Instructions:

01 - In a pan, cook the beef until browned and drain the grease. Toss in the chopped onion and spices. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes as the sauce thickens.
02 - Cool the beef mixture a bit, then fold in the shredded cheese.
03 - Spoon 2-3 tablespoons of filling on each wrapper. Fold the edges, roll tightly, seal the ends with a dab of water.
04 - Deep fry for 3-4 minutes or air fry at 375°F for 8-10 minutes, until they’re crisp and golden.

# Notes:

01 - These can be frozen before cooking.
02 - Try adding pickles or spicy sauce for a twist.
