Crispy Baby Potatoes (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 3 tablespoons fresh rosemary or 3 teaspoons dried
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 1.5 pounds baby potatoes, sliced in half after washing and drying
04 - ½ teaspoon paprika
05 - 1 teaspoon salt
06 - ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
07 - 1 tablespoon garlic powder

# Instructions:

01 - Pour olive oil over the potatoes in a bowl. Sprinkle in the rosemary, garlic powder, salt, paprika, and pepper. Toss everything so the potatoes are covered evenly.
02 - Give the air fryer basket a quick spray with your cooking oil.
03 - Set air fryer to 400°F and cook for 15 minutes. Pull out the basket halfway to shake. If not fully tender, add 2 minutes at a time and check with a fork.

01 - Store in the fridge in a sealed container for up to 7 days.
02 - Pairs nicely with fish or meat.
