Slice it into 8-12 sections but stop before cutting through the base. Fan the slices apart gently to give it that flower shape.

Cover it in flour mix, dip in egg and buttermilk, then flour it again.

Spray with oil and air fry at 375°F for about 12 to 15 minutes.

Stir together all sauce ingredients till smooth. Enjoy with your onion once it’s not piping hot.
