Cheesy Spinach Artichoke Blend (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 ounces softened cream cheese.
02 - 1/4 cup dairy sour cream.
03 - 1/4 cup mayo.
04 - 1 garlic clove, finely chopped.
05 - 2/3 cup (76g) grated parmesan.
06 - 1/2 cup (56g) grated mozzarella.
07 - Black pepper as needed.
08 - 1 can (14 oz) chopped artichoke hearts, water removed.
09 - 6 ounces thawed and squeezed spinach from frozen.

# Instructions:

01 - Warm up oven to 350°F. Give your 1-quart dish a quick spray.
02 - Mix the cream cheese, sour cream, mayo, garlic, both cheeses and some pepper together.
03 - Fold in the squeezed spinach and chopped artichokes until everything's mixed well.
04 - Put mixture in your dish and cook for about 20 minutes until bubbly and hot.
05 - Eat it while warm with your favorite chips, crackers or bread.

01 - You can make this a full day before serving.
02 - Make sure to squeeze all water from your veggies.
03 - Leftover portions heat up nicely.
