Velveeta Mac and Cheese (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 ounces Velveeta, in chunks.
02 - Salt and pepper as needed.
03 - Paprika, optional.
04 - 1/2 cup milk, adjust to taste.
05 - 1/2 cup butter, broken into pieces.
06 - 16 ounces elbow pasta.
07 - 2 cups shredded cheddar.

# Instructions:

01 - Cook pasta in salty water until it's firm but not hard. Drain it and put it back in the pot.
02 - Melt butter in the pasta right away. Toss in the cheese and milk, stirring till fully melted.
03 - Adjust thickness by adding milk or cheese. Sprinkle salt, pepper, and paprika if you’d like.
