# Ingredients:

→ Sauce Foundation

01 - Light olive oil - 1 tablespoon
02 - Juicy ground beef - 1 pound
03 - Crushed garlic - 1 teaspoon
04 - Fragrant herb mix - 2 teaspoons
05 - Ready-to-use tomato sauce - 24 ounces

→ Ravioli and Cheese Blend

06 - Packaged cheese ravioli (frozen) - 24 ounces
07 - Room temperature cream cheese - 8 ounces
08 - Tangy sour cream - 1/4 cup
09 - Smooth ricotta - 3/4 cup
10 - Melty mozzarella - 1 cup
11 - Grated parmesan - 1/2 cup

# Instructions:

01 - Warm up oil in a wide pan over medium-high heat. Toss in your beef and cook till brown, then pour off any fat. Throw in garlic and let it smell good for about half a minute. Toss in herbs with a bit of salt, then dump in 2 cups of tomato sauce and mix it all together.
02 - Get your oven hot at 350°F. Grab a 9x13 dish and spray it so food won't stick. In a big bowl, stir cream cheese, sour cream, and ricotta till they're smooth. Add the cold ravioli and toss them around till they're all covered in the dairy mix.
03 - Put your cheese-covered pasta flat in the dish you fixed up. Pour meat mix on top, then scatter mozzarella and parmesan all over. Cover with foil and stick in the oven for 30 minutes, then pull off the foil and cook another 10 minutes till cheese gets bubbly and melty!
