Ranch Rotel Corn Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 8 oz soft cream cheese, room temperature
02 - 16 oz sour cream
03 - 1 oz pack of ranch flavor mix

→ Mix-ins

04 - 15 oz can drained fire-roasted corn
05 - 10 oz can drained rotel
06 - 4 oz can drained diced green chiles
07 - 8 oz grated cheddar cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Beat the room temperature cream cheese until it's fluffy and lump-free
02 - Add your sour cream, ranch mix, drained corn, rotel, chiles, and cheddar, then blend everything together
03 - Wrap tightly and pop in the fridge for 2-3 hours
