Cheesy Crab Mix (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 ounces softened cream cheese.
02 - 1/4 cup dairy sour cream.
03 - 2 tablespoons mayo.
04 - 1 teaspoon fresh lemon squeeze.
05 - 1 teaspoon seafood spice blend.
06 - 3/4 cup grated sharp cheddar.
07 - 2 tablespoons snipped fresh chives.
08 - 1/2 teaspoon spicy sauce (if you want).
09 - 8 ounces drained and patted dry crab chunks.

# Instructions:

01 - Get your oven warm at 350°F (177°C).
02 - Whip together the cream cheese, sour cream, mayo, lemon juice and seafood spice until it's creamy.
03 - Fold in your cheddar, chives and spicy sauce when you feel like it. Give it a taste and tweak if needed.
04 - Carefully mix in the crab meat, trying to keep some bigger pieces whole.
05 - Dump into your dish and pop in the oven for 20 minutes till it's bubbly.
