Buffalo Mac (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 ounces of uncooked macaroni.
02 - One and a half cups of shredded cooked chicken.
03 - Three tablespoons of softened butter.
04 - Three tablespoons of all-purpose flour.
05 - Two cups of whole milk.
06 - Four ounces of cream cheese.
07 - One and a half cups of mozzarella, shredded.
08 - One cup of sharp cheddar cheese, grated.
09 - A third of a cup of sour cream.
10 - Half a cup of spicy buffalo sauce.
11 - Half a teaspoon of both salt and black pepper.
12 - Half a teaspoon each of garlic and onion powder.
13 - Half a teaspoon of dry mustard powder.
14 - Tablespoon of butter for toasting panko.
15 - Half a tablespoon of olive oil for panko.
16 - Half a cup of seasoned crispy panko crumbs.

# Instructions:

01 - Oil your baking dish, cook macaroni until just done, and shred the chicken into small pieces.
02 - Whisk butter and flour in a small pan until smooth. Add milk, spices, cheeses, and sour cream. Pour in buffalo sauce, then mix in cooked chicken and pasta.
03 - In a pan, melt butter with olive oil, toast up the panko until it’s nicely browned, then sprinkle on top of the cheesy pasta.
04 - Pop it in the oven for 15 minutes until it’s warm and bubbling.
