Effortless Beef Orzo Cream (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup of heavy cream.
02 - 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce.
03 - 1 cup of orzo pasta, uncooked.
04 - 2 packed cups of fresh spinach leaves.
05 - 3/4 cup beef broth.
06 - 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated.
07 - 1 pound ground beef, lean.
08 - 3 or 4 garlic cloves, finely minced.
09 - 1/2 medium-sized onion, diced.
10 - 1/2 teaspoon of crushed red pepper flakes (if you'd like a kick).
11 - 1/2 teaspoon of Italian herbs.
12 - A 14-ounce can of tomato sauce.
13 - Season with salt and pepper as you like.

# Instructions:

01 - Cook ground beef over medium-high heat for about 5-6 minutes. Avoid stirring while browning.
02 - Toss in diced onion and cook, mixing occasionally, for about 5 minutes. If there's too much grease, drain it off.
03 - Mix in the minced garlic, red pepper flakes, herb seasoning, and orzo. Let it cook for roughly a minute.
04 - Pour in the tomato sauce, beef broth, heavy cream, and Worcestershire sauce all at once.
05 - Bring the mixture to a gentle bubble, then simmer for 10 minutes. Stir frequently so it doesn't stick.
06 - Take the pot off the heat. Mix in spinach and grated parmesan.
07 - Cover it up and let it sit for 3-5 minutes to thicken up nicely.
08 - Taste and add salt and pepper before serving your dish.

# Notes:

01 - Simple cleanup since it all cooks in one pot.
02 - Giving it a stir now and then will stop it from sticking.
03 - Feel free to add more liquid if it gets too dry.
04 - Perfect for nights when you're short on time.
05 - Reheat with extra liquid if leftovers dry out.
