Feta Dip with Cranberries (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3/4 cup crumbled feta.
02 - 1/4 cup softened cream cheese.
03 - 1/4 cup good quality olive oil.
04 - 1 garlic clove, minced.
05 - Black pepper and salt as needed.
06 - 2 tablespoons dairy or half-and-half (optional for thinning).
07 - 1/2 cup sweet cranberry preserve.
08 - 3 tablespoons chopped pistachios.
09 - 1 teaspoon thyme leaves, fresh.

# Instructions:

01 - Throw the feta, cream cheese, garlic, olive oil, pepper and salt into a food processor and blend until creamy. Pour in dairy bit by bit if you want it thinner.
02 - Layer the smooth feta mix onto your serving dish.
03 - Spoon cranberry preserve on top, scatter pistachios and thyme leaves. Finish with a light olive oil drizzle.

# Notes:

01 - Works fine with grocery store or homemade cranberry sauce.
02 - Pour milk slowly to get the texture just right.
03 - You can make the base earlier and add toppings right before guests arrive.
