Citrus Immunity Juice (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Citrus Picks

01 - Juicy oranges (2 whole)
02 - Ripe lemon (1 whole)

→ Garden Goodies

03 - Carrots (2, or ¼ cup of carrot juice)
04 - Raw ginger (3-inch chunk, skin removed and diced)
05 - Raw turmeric (2-inch chunk, skin removed and diced)

→ Natural Sweet

06 - Manuka or backyard honey (1 tablespoon, or agave for plant-based folks)
07 - Lukewarm water (1 tablespoon)

# Instructions:

01 - Remove skin from citrus, cut carrots into bits, and dice up your ginger and turmeric
02 - Grab your tool of choice and get all the juice out from your fruits and veggies
03 - Blend the honey with warm water and add to your juice mixture, stirring well
04 - Run through strainer if needed, pop in the fridge. Drink in small ½ cup glasses

# Notes:

01 - Works with any juice gadget or even by hand
02 - Stays good in the cold box for 3 days tops
03 - Powdered spices work too, just use ⅛ tsp each
04 - Give it a good mix before drinking
