Cinnamon Sweet Apple Potato (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - About 4 cups of sweet potato chunks (from 2 medium potatoes).
02 - Roughly 2 cups diced apples (2 medium apples).
03 - 3 tbsp of melted salted butter.
04 - 1 tsp of sea salt.
05 - 2 tbsp of maple syrup.
06 - 1 tsp cinnamon powder.

# Instructions:

01 - Set it to 425°F. Lightly coat a big baking sheet with oil.
02 - Coat sweet potatoes with 2 tbsp of melted butter. Sprinkle in the salt and mix well. Bake for 20 minutes, giving them a toss halfway. They should start to brown slightly.
03 - Toss the apple chunks in a mix of 1 tbsp butter, maple syrup, and cinnamon until well covered.
04 - Stir the apple mixture into the potatoes. Bake another 15-20 minutes, giving it a stir partway through. It’s ready when golden and caramelized. Serve while warm.
