01 -
Get your oven hot at 175°C. Butter up a 9x13-inch baking pan and put it aside for now.
02 -
Mix the butter with both sugars in a big bowl until they're fluffy and well combined.
03 -
Drop in eggs one by one, giving a good stir each time, then mix in the vanilla.
04 -
Grab another bowl and mix flour, baking soda, and salt. Slowly pour this into your wet mix, stirring just enough to blend everything.
05 -
Stir in the chocolate chips by hand, then push the dough flat into your greased pan.
06 -
Pop it in the oven for 20-25 minutes until you see golden edges. Let it cool all the way down.
07 -
After it's cooled down, smear the marshmallow spread all over the cookie bottom.
08 -
Put chocolate chips and coconut oil in a bowl. Heat them in the microwave for 30 seconds at a time, stirring between each zap until smooth.
09 -
Drizzle the melty chocolate over your marshmallow layer and smooth it out.
10 -
Let everything firm up on the counter or stick it in the fridge to harden faster. Slice into squares when you're ready to eat.
