Chicken Tortilla Instant Pot (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 chicken breasts without bones.
02 - 1 cup of corn kernels.
03 - 1 (14.5 oz) can of smashed tomatoes.
04 - ½ chopped onion.
05 - 4 cups broth made from chicken.
06 - 2 teaspoons of ground cumin.
07 - 1 teaspoon garlic-flavored salt.
08 - Tortilla chips or strips (optional for garnish).
09 - An avocado (optional).
10 - 1 cup shredded cheddar (optional).
11 - Fresh cilantro to sprinkle (optional).
12 - 1 (15 oz) can of black beans, rinsed and dried.
13 - 1 (10 oz) can diced tomatoes mixed with chilies.
14 - 2 teaspoons of chili seasoning.

# Instructions:

01 - Throw everything into your Instant Pot except the toppings like avocado, cilantro, or cheese. Close up the lid and make sure the sealing valve is in place.
02 - Set the pressure to high and cook it for 30 minutes.
03 - Quickly release the pressure by switching the valve open.
04 - Take out the chicken, shred it, and toss it back into the pot. Stir everything well. Add your favorite toppings and serve straight away.

# Notes:

01 - Frozen chicken works just as well.
02 - Kids can smash chips to sprinkle on top.
03 - Feel free to change up the toppings however you want.
