Chicken Egg Rolls Air Fryer (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Protein & Vegetables

01 - 2 cups tiny diced chicken breast
02 - 1 cup thin-sliced cabbage
03 - 1/2 cup grated carrots
04 - 1/2 cup small chopped onion
05 - 2 cloves crushed garlic

→ Seasonings

06 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce
07 - 1 teaspoon sesame oil

→ Wrapper

08 - 12 egg roll wrappers

# Instructions:

01 - Brown the tiny diced chicken in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked through.
02 - Toss in the crushed garlic and stir for another minute till it smells good.
03 - Throw in the cabbage slices, grated carrots, and chopped onion. Stir until they've softened a bit.
04 - Drizzle the soy sauce and sesame oil over everything, cook for 2 more minutes. Take off heat and cool down.
05 - Lay each wrapper flat, drop 2 tablespoons of mixture in the middle. Pull bottom corner up, fold sides in, and roll it up tight. Wet the edges with water to stick them.
06 - Get your air fryer hot at 375°F. Give the basket a quick spray with cooking oil.
07 - Put the rolls in without crowding, spray the tops lightly, and cook for 10 minutes. Turn them over halfway until they're nice and golden.
