Chicken Avocado Melt (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main

01 - 2 chicken breasts without skin and bones
02 - Salt and pepper as needed
03 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
04 - 1 avocado, cut into slices
05 - 4 slices of cheese (provolone, cheddar, or Swiss)

→ Bread & Spreads

06 - 4 slices of bread (ciabatta or sourdough)
07 - 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
08 - 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
09 - Butter or olive oil for toasting

→ Vegetables

10 - 1 small red onion, cut into thin slices
11 - 1 tomato, cut into rounds

# Instructions:

01 - Add seasoning to chicken, fry in oil about 6-7 minutes each side until fully cooked. Let it cool then cut it up
02 - Cut the avocado, get your cheese ready, slice your onion and tomato
03 - Smear bread with mustard and mayo. Stack tomato, onion, cheese, avocado and chicken
04 - Brown sandwiches in oil/butter until they're golden and the cheese gets melty, about 3-4 minutes per side

02 - Warm up in the oven to keep them crunchy
