Cheesy Potato Sticks (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Components

01 - 3 large russet potatoes, cooked and diced
02 - 1 block of cheddar, sliced into strips
03 - ½ cup of sour cream
04 - ¼ cup finely chopped green onions
05 - ¼ cup crispy bacon bits

→ Crunchy Coating

06 - Flour for dusting
07 - 1 egg, for dipping
08 - ⅔ cup corn starch
09 - 100g of panko crumbs
10 - ½ tsp black pepper
11 - 1 tsp of salt

→ Cooking Oil

12 - 1 liter of vegetable, peanut, or canola oil

# Instructions:

01 - Blend together the potatoes, bacon, sour cream, green onion, salt, and pepper until it's mostly smooth.
02 - Take small amounts of the potato blend and form them around the cheese pieces to cover fully.
03 - Roll each piece in flour, dip into whisked egg, and coat in the cornstarch-panko mix.
04 - Fry them at 350°F for about three minutes until golden brown, or bake at 400°F for 15 minutes.
