Cheesy Garlic Pesto Bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1 loaf of Italian bread or a French baguette

→ Spread

02 - 1/2 cup of basil pesto
03 - 1/2 cup softened, unsalted butter
04 - 3 minced garlic cloves

→ Toppings

05 - Fresh basil leaves, sliced into bits
06 - Salt and pepper, adjusted to your liking
07 - 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, finely grated
08 - 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

# Instructions:

01 - Split bread in half lengthwise and warm the oven up to 375°F.
02 - Start with a layer of pesto and garlic butter. Sprinkle both kinds of cheese on top.
03 - Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until the cheese is all gooey. Want a crispy top? Broil for 1-2 minutes.
04 - Slice it up, garnish with fresh basil, and enjoy while it's warm.
