Pepperoni Cheese Roll (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1 tbsp flour to keep dough from sticking
02 - 1 lb store-bought pizza dough

→ Seasonings

03 - 1 tsp onion powder
04 - 1 tsp garlic powder
05 - 1/2 tsp salt
06 - 1 tsp mix of Italian herbs

→ Filling & Serving

07 - 6 oz slices of pepperoni
08 - 16 oz mozzarella, shredded
09 - 1 cup marinara for dipping
10 - 1/4 cup parmesan, grated

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven on to 400°F. Spread some flour on a surface, then roll pizza dough into a 12x20 inch rectangle.
02 - Evenly add pepperoni, shredded mozzarella, grated parmesan, and dried seasonings across the dough.
03 - Roll it up from the long edge into a tight log. Put it in a greased bundt pan, making sure the ends meet to form a ring.
04 - Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden on top.
05 - Take it out, turn it onto a baking sheet, and bake another 5 minutes to crisp up the top.
06 - Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing. Enjoy with marinara on the side.

01 - Let the dough warm up to room temperature before rolling it.

03 - Freshly grated cheese melts better than pre-packaged varieties.
