Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and place some parchment paper on a baking tray so cleanup's a breeze.

Crack open the dough tube (watch out for that pop!) and flatten each triangular piece.

Put 4 pepperoni slices right at the broad end of each triangle, setting the stage for great taste.

Lay half a mozzarella stick on top of your pepperoni slices. This'll melt into cheesy goodness later.

Carefully roll the dough from the wide end to the tip, sealing the sides gently to hold everything together.

If you want to get fancy, sprinkle a bit of Italian seasoning over each roll before baking.

Pop them in the oven and cook for about 10-12 minutes or until they turn a nice golden color.
